After logging in, users can navigate to the email that they want to submit as an expense receipt and simply click on "Create expense from current page". A confirmation message will be displayed once the expense is successfully created on their Darwinbox application. Alternatively, users can also upload a receipt by clicking on "Upload receipt" to create the expense directly.

The Darwinbox Chrome extension automatically fills in the expense date, invoice number, merchant, and amount by creating a copy of the email.
